TV One goes to New York for the third season of Get the Hook Up , giving singles in the city a chance to find love, make laughs and, of course, win fabulous prizes.
Hosted by Radio One's nationally syndicated morning show personalities Russ Parr and Alfredas, the third season of Get the Hook Up features a new mystery component, an intellectual challenge based on African-American culture and special celebrity episodes with Stacy J from The Apprentice and Laurie Ann Gibson of Making the Band 3 .
Previous season favorites, like "Flip the Script," where the winning contestant gets to choose between a date or a mystery prize, also make their way back to the new season of "Get the Hook Up."
Taped before a live studio audience in the heart of Manhattan, Get the Hook Up turns the tables on the dating game by incorporating live performance, hilarious talent segments and a fun, party-like atmosphere all within a half-hour show.
