Kim Coles
As one of the original In Living Color
cast members, Kim Coles is one of the premiere African-American
comediennes. After starring as Synclaire James in the hit FOX sitcom
Living Single, this funny woman made her rounds on the reality

dropped 24 pounds on VH-1's Celebrity Fit Club. Currently Coles is the

Known as "The King of Venice Beach," this

proof that practice makes perfect. In 1990 he became the $100,000 grand prize
comedy champion of Star Search and donated half of his winnings to
homeless charities in the L.A. area. This former host of HBO's Def

sold-out crowds and is celebrated for liberating her fans through her stand-up.

Dick Gregory
This comedian and civil rights activist
single-handedly changed the White perception of Blacks in America. Gregory gave
his first national comedic performance in 1961 at Chicago's Playboy Club. His
bestselling autobiography was published in 1963 and since then he has spent a
considerable amount of time addressing the pressing social issues that we've had
to face throughout the years. His "State of the Union" public addresses
have become a staple in the Black community.
