Hands Down!!! 2Pac Is The Greatest Rapper Of All Time (The G.O.A.T.) His Works Will NEVER Be Matched...His Life Experiences, Knowledge Of Self, Ancestors, Politics, The World & The Adversities He Experienced, Lent Him The Ability 2 Speak & Address A Broade Spectrum Of Topics.. Which Gave Him Endless Possibilities Of Lyrical Content. He Was 4Ever A Work In Progress, Constantly Reading & Seeking Knowledge. Being Human, He Made Mistakes & Could & Would Own Up 2 Them, But Learned Frome & Used Them In His Pursuit 2 Be The Best At All He Faced. All This And Stahing True 2 Himself.
Biggie Had Different Life Experiences That Didn't Expose Hime 2 Such Broad Spectrums, So His Lyrical Content Was Limited 2 His Experiences.
If 2Pac Were 2 Answer This Question, He Would Say, What He's Always Said, " I Won't Say That I'm The Best But I Will Say I AM The Realest."

TUPAC is the BEST, hands down. I love his music, his lyrics, his presents, just him as a person. He was a Thug Poet. He had hit, after hit...... Biggie was good too, he was one of the best in NY at that time. He wasn't really on the same level as Tupac, but since there was beef between them it made Biggie more famous then what he would've been... If it wasn't for the beef Biggie wouldn't be a hot topic these days except by Puffy............. Everybody East Coast & West Coast sample's Tupac and uses his raps in their songs... But usually someone affiliated with Bad Boy or NY uses Biggie in their songs. So the WINNER is TUPAC

I definitely think Biggie is probably one of the top 5 Rap Aritists of all time but Tupac as it has been said, was a "Warrior Poet". He never crossed over like any of these other rappers. He lived a life that most of us could relate to as far as dealing with adversity. And let us not forget that he did in fact sell more music than any other artist including Jay-Z.

I am a fan of Tupac and Biggie, I loved them both. i will not choose, both were great for the way they offered their contributions to the music world. Their lives served a purpose to me, that being no matter how humble your beginnings, you can excell. Love to Tupac and Biggie, may they rest in peace but stay in the minds of the people of the world.

As a near lost soul i can say The Man Upstairs watching over me and Tupac in his words have help me grow into the man my father chose not to be here for, also have a critical part in the knowledge i try to give to my son which im trying to help"muster the courage to think for himself" Dr. Cornel West's words.
